Sweet and sour meatballs

All you need for Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients for 4 people
- 500g of mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
- 2 eggs
- 50g mozzarella
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 100g stale bread
- Bread crumbs
- 50g raisins
- 30g pine nuts
- Black pepper
Take a bowl and remove the crust from the bread, so cut it into coarse pieces and sprinkle it with milk.
Add to the mixture the other ingredients meat, eggs, parmesan, pine nuts, a sprinkling of black pepper, a pinch of salt and previously soaked in a bowl of water.
Knead the mixture with your hands in order to obtain a homogeneous distribution of the components.
Now divide the mixture into four parts and place the mozzarella in the center, create the 4 sweet and sour meatballs, breading them in breadcrumbs.
Bring about a fraction of the oil in a high-frying pan to 150 degrees and soak your sweet and sour meatballs one at a time for a few minutes until you have a golden crust on the surface.
In conclusion serve your sweet and sour meatballs hot, accompanied by baked potatoes, a salad with apples or alone!!! Avoiding too fat sauces will provide a more pleasant dish.
