Grilled shrimp skewers
The grilled shrimp skewers are a light and tasty dish. The shrimp skewers are easy to prepare and can be served either as an appetizer or as a main course. Shey are also a very tasty recipe to present during a buffet or a happy hour. These are the main features of this dish:

The grilled shrimp skewers are golden and crispy thanks to the use of flour in which we pass the shrimps before cooking. Then, serve them on a bed of crunchy vegetables and will surely succeed at the table!
- Shrimp 500 g
- Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons
- Courgettes 2
- Carrots 2
- Flour 00 t.t.
- Salt up t.t.
- Black pepper t.t.
- White wine ½ glass
To prepare the grilled shrimp skewers, start by washing the zucchini well and remove the ends, so cut into julienne strips. First of all, peel the carrots and also reduce to julienne. Then leave them on a colander so that they lose excess water. So shell the shrimps and after flouring them, put them in the wooden skewers.
In a pan put the oil and add the shrimp skewers, add the wine, salt and pepper. Now, remove the skewers and leave aside in heat and add more oil to the pan and add the vegetables that will cook for a few minutes, to be still rather crunchy. Then, add salt.
Serve the grilled shrimp skewers lying on the bed of vegetables and accompanied by lemon wedges.
