Baked turbot recipes

Moreover, it is a very thin fish and therefore proper for a poor feeding of fats.

The turbot is a very simple dish to based on few ingredients. A dainty dish that allows us to fully taste the whole goodness of the fish. There are several baked turbot recipes. For example, turbot with saffron and tomatoes or with curry and spinaches.
In this article, we prepare a baked turbot with potatoes
Firstly, cut the potatoes giving them a maximum thickness of 3-4 millimeters. Once cut, put the potatoes in salty hot water. It should be enough 2-3 minutes for the first cooking. Now clean the turbot with abundant running water. and put it in a great baking-pan, great enough to contain it completely. Then we prepare the affected potatoes on the turbot. We add some tomatoes in small pieces and garlic. Finally, add a plentiful quantity of extra-virgin olive oil.
Cook it in the already warm oven at 180° for 10 minutes. Then, add few drops of white wine and continue cooking for other 15 minutes. After that, we are ready to serve this magnificent baked turbot recipe.
